Position Summary: The Manager in the Strategic Partnership Division will play a pivotal role in supporting senior colleagues in strategic partnership operations. You will also be responsible for basic analysis, corporate liaison, and ensuring the alignment of foundation projects with the CSR goals of corporate sponsors. This role requires a keen understanding of project finances, the ability to pitch ideas to clients, and a strong focus on generating revenue from livelihood projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Support Senior Colleagues: Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to assist in the planning and execution of strategic partnership tasks, ensuring alignment with the foundation's goals and objectives.

Revenue Generation: Identify, cultivate, and maintain connections with corporations, foundations, and philanthropists to secure CSR funding, donations, and grants.

Research, Documentation, and Reporting: Thoroughly document strategic partnership findings and generate comprehensive reports to monitor progress and assess impact. Methodically monitor, evaluate, and communicate CSR partnership outcomes, including critical KPIs:

  • Annual secured sponsorship value
  • Alignment percentage between foundation projects and corporate CSR goals
  • Timeliness and quality of CSR impact reports

Basic Analysis: Engage in basic analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the execution of strategic partnerships.

Corporate Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support. Identify local NGOs, community groups, and other grassroots organisations for potential collaboration.

Alignment: Work closely with corporate sponsors to ensure that foundation projects resonate with their CSR goals and objectives.

Financial Expertise: Must have knowledge of project financials, including budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue generation. Ensure that project finances are managed effectively to maximise revenue.

Market Trends: Stay updated with current market trends, emerging CSR practices, and industry benchmarks to ensure that CSR initiatives remain relevant and effective.

Client Pitching: Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value and impact of foundation projects and securing sponsorships.

Target-Based Tasks: Set and achieve sponsorship targets, leveraging your skills and resources to meet and exceed established goals.

Presentation Skills: Create persuasive presentations and pitches, customising the foundation's value proposition to align with the unique interests and requirements of potential donors.

Delegating Tasks and Managing the Team: Delegate tasks to reportees, manage the team's workflow, and ensure effective coordination and collaboration among team members.

Extensive Traveling: Must be willing to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a related role would be beneficial
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse budgets and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of government processes and partnership dynamics.
  • Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) principles and practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and any project management tools.

Project Management: Oversee project execution and ensure smooth collaboration between different stakeholders.

Reporting: Regularly update the project management tool/database with the latest project information and generate periodic reports as required.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant government schemes, policies, and partnership opportunities. Analyse data and prepare reports to aid decision-making.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate logistics for meetings, draft minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with changes in relevant government schemes, policies, and potential partnership avenues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role, with a proven track record in creating DPRs, financial analysis, and project management.

  • Project establishment and strong foundation presence at the grassroots level. It aims to ensure that initiatives are deeply rooted, making real-world impacts, and that the foundation's influence is widespread, fostering goodwill and a positive community reputation
  • Should be able to recognise and create strategies to reduce potential risks for the execution of the project and should be able to develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide Performance evaluation of the team members under His / Her Line Management
  • Assist in writing proposals for any new projects.
  • Undertake any other task assigned to you by the direct supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience in the field of managerial roles and proven experience in project management, especially in the implementation of development projects.

3. Familiarity with government schemes and policies related to industrial development.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Willingness to travel in rural and urban areas of Operation.

6. Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and any project management tools.
