Nisarg Foundation formed 9 Livelihood Business Incubators (LBIs) right from concept to funding to execution across North East India. Nisarg Foundation ensured that these establishments operate continuously and remain valuable assets for the state. More than 346 Agro-based micro-enterprises and FPOs have been supported and incubated by Nisarg Foundation. The success of these LBIs was appreciated by the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji, in the 65th Plenary session of the North East Council at Shillong.
